Refund Policy
ExcelTemplate does not offer refunds on downloadable templates due to the digital nature of the templates.
On the rate occasion you do have any errors or issues, please contact us describing the error in detail, along with applicable screenshots. You will also need to let us know what version of Excel you are using (i.e. 2016). We will look into it ASAP and may ask you some further questions and/or request a copy of your template.
If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, please contact us. We will do everything we can to make things right.
We encourage you to read through the product description, photos and videos (if available) thoroughly prior to making a purchase. Please pay special attention to the system requirements noted on each product page, to ensure the template is compatible with your version of Excel and Operating System.
